As a Match Bench Assembler at Caterpillar Pontiac, you will continuously improve process efficiency by sorting engine components and check for defects. **What You Will Do (including but not limited to):** + Perform a variety of functions to prepare components for shipment. + Perform a variety of manual and/or machine repetitive functions including the processing of parts, materials, equipment, supplies, etc. through various stages of manufacturing. **Minimum Requirements:** + A minimum of 3 months of experience working in a manufacturing or engine maintenance role. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to follow written instructions (ex.
