Primary Role
Assembling pumping skids according to prints to prints from the Production Manager. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Assemble a variety of machines including piping, pneumatics, assembly of components (ie. Motors, pumps, valves, etc) routing of electrical conduit to componentsRead and understand blueprintsSetup/changeover of finished equipment or systemComplete associated papers/checklistsSkid/crate equipment for shippingRequirements

Reads shop notes, general arrangement and process flow diagrams and drawings.Reads measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers and pressure gauges.Assembles and installs skid mounted components such as pumps, vessels, pipe, pipe supports, structural supports, belts, pulleys and machine guards.Performs pneumatic and mechanical tests on assembled components.Disassembles components to replace defective parts or to prepare them for shipping.Operates a variety of portable hand, electric and air powered tools such as impact wrenches, torque wrenches, combination wrenches, sockets, ratchets, band saw and grinders.Records serial numbers and other information as required in ITP (inspection test plan).Reports problems to line supervisor and actively participates in resolution.Perform job duties in a safe manner and according to company safety procedures.Reports potentially unsafe equipment and safety hazards to supervisor for immediate resolution.Understands and follows oral and written instructions.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments and workers.Performs the above and other duties as required with minimal supervision.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,100.00 and $78,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
