**Assembler** **Job Description** The Production Finisher is responsible for setting up and executing assembly functions such as insert installation, fastening, bonding, spot welding, part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring. Additionally, the Mold Operator runs plastic molding machines for small parts within the aerospace and medical industries. **Responsibilities** + Set up and execute assembly functions including insert installation, fastening, bonding, and spot welding. + Conduct part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring. + Operate plastic molding machines for the aerospace and medical industries. + Ensure safety, cost efficiency, and quality in highly repetitive tasks. + Perform all assigned tasks in adherence to documented procedures and tolerances. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, production, blueprint reading, and general labor. + Proficiency in using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools. + Mechanical aptitude and background in manufacturing. + Ability to read blueprints and perform mechanical and electrical assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to use light power tools correctly and safely. + Close attention to detail for reading, writing, and completing work documentation. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including great medical and dental plans, as well as a 401k match. **Work Environment** Work in a clean, temperature-controlled machine shop environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $19.75/hr.
