**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Candidates must be comfortable standing for the entire duration of their workday and be willing to be cross-trained in various areas. The position involves a detailed 12-step process where contractors will receive comprehensive training across multiple areas. **Responsibilities** + Documenting received items during the receiving process. + Performing factory resets by manually pressing buttons. + Conducting automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units, with longer cycle times ranging from 60 to 90 minutes, to determine repair needs. + Executing Wi-Fi tests to ensure connectivity. + Carrying out elevated temperature tests for product assessment. + Performing cosmetic cleaning and repair tasks. + Conducting In Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections. + Assembling kits for packaging. + Building pallets for AT&T kits and preparing them for shipment. + Ensuring parts are scanned at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work on feet for the entire workday. + Collaboration skills for working effectively with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with assembly, packing, and retail. + Skills in repair and refurbishing parts. + Quality inspection experience. + Proficiency in using RF scanners and computer equipment. + Knowledge of soldering and power tools. + Ability to interpret blueprints. + Hand dexterity and punctuality. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a major partnership startup, which could lead to future growth opportunities into leadership roles such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
