Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented assembler who is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with others and a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas.
ResponsibilitiesReceive and document incoming parts.Perform factory resets by manually pressing a button.Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs.Conduct Wi-Fi tests and elevated temperature tests.Perform cosmetic cleaning and repairs.Conduct In Process Quality Control (IPQC).Assemble kits and pack out/pallet build for distribution.Ensure all parts are scanned at every step of the process.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail.Ability to work well with others.Comfortable standing for long periods.Hand dexterity and punctuality.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in assembly, packing, retail, repair, refurbishing, stock, and quality inspection.Familiarity with soldering, test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, power tools, and general labor.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a brand new facility tailored for our operations, featuring a locker area and a cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. The site is conveniently located in Elgin, IL, close to major roads, gas stations, and restaurants.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
