Responsibilities

Complete production processes flawlessly according to your training from your production leader, supervisor, or designee.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the accurate use of clothing and safety equipment.Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, safety, or tools to your supervisor or line leader.Meet production standards consistently.Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits, as required.Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively.Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Fundamental understanding of safety regulations and standard methodologies.
