Job Description

Responsibilities

Complete production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee.Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to safety protocols.Wear appropriate clothing and safety gear accurately throughout all procedures.Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader.Produce items that meet or exceed production standards.Assist line leaders and supervisors in audits and observations, including ISO 9000, ISO13485, and CFR, as appropriate to your role.Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Excellent communication skills.Previous experience in a production or assembly role preferred but not required.
