Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:30amMST (Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed).
As an Assembler I, you will prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on a single or multiple product lines.
Execute tasks using process instructions and test procedures, ensuring documentation meets quality standards and complies with Stryker specifications.Manage inventory needs and perform set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance for your work and work area.Follow production schedules and cycle times, assembling cartons and preparing products for shipment per domestic, international, and customer specifications.Utilize electronic documentation and manufacturing systems, including computers and other devices, to support production and record-keeping.Participate in achieving KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction, operational excellence, and error-free, on-time shipments.Perform 6S activities and contribute to safety and preventative maintenance programs, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Commit to quality and reliability, meeting training and documentation criteria while striving to enhance product performance.Support a team-based, product-focused culture, investing in personal growth, accountability, and respectful collaboration, and performing other related duties as assigned.What you need:

High school diploma or GEDManufacturing, Medical Device, or prior cleanroom experienceAudit Readiness for various regulationsAbility to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English. Physical & Cognitive Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift and carry 10–50 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs., depending on site and product line.Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.Requires manual dexterity and coordination, including hand grasp ability and hand/eye/foot coordination for operating tools and machinery.Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with sustained attention to detail and stamina, using standard procedures, tools, and equipment.Ability to meet cognitive demands, including visual and auditory discrimination, memory retention, reading comprehension, and independent decision-making.May be exposed to loud noise environments and must adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the production cell.Must be able to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English, and follow good housekeeping and ergonomic practices.Expected to participate in workplace organization, cross-training, and teamwork, supporting a safe and efficient work environment.#INDGQO
