Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler-Electromechanical to join their team. As an Assembler-Electromechanical, you will be part of the operations department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler-Electromechanical

Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Pay Range: $21 hourly

Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm

What's the Job?

Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems under general supervision. Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures to improve assembly processes. Coordinate work with other groups to ensure commitments are met in compliance with quality procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support operational goals.

What's Needed?

High School degree plus 2-5 years of related experience in assembly, preferably with torque tools. Experience working in a factory setting with a strong understanding of assembly techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures. Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions as required.
