Job Description

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Assembler C and be part of a dedicated team improving production processes.

Responsibilities

Perfectly complete production processes as taught by your production leader or supervisor.Maintain a strictly clean and organized work area.Ensure the accurate use of applicable clothing and safety equipment during all processes.Report any work-related issues to your supervisor or line leader, including those related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, or tools.Produce components according to established production standards.Assist line leaders and supervisors with ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits within your scope of responsibility.Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the organization's needs.

Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.Ability to work collaboratively within a team to successfully implement production goals.Strong attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of tasks.Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Willingness to adhere to strict safety and quality standards.Capacity to assist in continuous improvement initiatives and audits.
