Minimum Requirements
3 years of aircraft assembler experience Drilling close tolerance holes and installation of manufacturing hardware  Use of power tools (pneumatic and electric, including drills, rivet guns, torquing wrenches, etc.).  Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Approved initial training program Successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic technical skills (applicable to all the above prerequisites)  GED or Equivalent
