Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMOptional Overtime on Fridays (Enjoy a 3-day weekend when OT isn’t needed!)About the Company

Located in Statesville, NC, our client specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of front-end loaders and compact tractor equipment. This is a fast-paced production environment where quality and teamwork drive success.

Position Overview

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality agricultural equipment. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components using hand tools, power tools, and air toolsRead and interpret blueprints or follow instructions based on product knowledgeSecure parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other fastenersPerform precision fitting by removing small amounts of metal for tight tolerancesOperate machinery for force fitting or fastening operationsMaintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shiftFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environmentBe flexible and willing to assist with other tasks as directed by supervisorsQualifications1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environmentAbility to work with mechanical tools and read blueprintsComfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyWillingness to work overtime when neededTop SkillsMechanical AssemblyBlueprint ReadingUse of Hand & Power ToolsProduction Line ExperienceSafety Awareness

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
