Assembler

Location: Everett, WA

Pay : $24-32/hr, depending on experience.

Shift : 6:00AM - 4:30PM (Monday-Thursday) OT on Fridays

Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Sheet Metal Assembler who can efficiently and accurately assemble components and materials as per plans and specifications. The ideal candidate will understand written and verbal instructions and follow drawings and work instructions to complete tasks. Experience in carpentry, roofing, material handling, and mechanical assembly is preferred, along with maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble structural metal building panels in a manufacturing setting.Operate hand and power tools effectively.Use measuring devices such as squares and tape measures accurately.Participate in safe material handling and suspended load movements.Follow instructions and execute assigned duties diligently.Complete tasks within set timeframes to meet goals.Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.Perform all other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAbility to accurately read tape measuresMinimum of 2 years experience with general trade skills in siding, roofing, metalworking, or assembly.Proficiency in selecting and operating the proper tools for tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in sheet metal fabrication, repair, assembly, installation, and cutting.Ability to read blueprints is highly desirable.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.Capability to develop repeatable processes for task execution.Full range of mobility in upper and lower body, able to reach overhead, and work in various positions.Ability to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment up to 70 pounds.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in an open-air building exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors. Collaborate in teams of 2-3 people and engage in tasks requiring physical mobility, including stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, and squatting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
