In this role, the incumbent will also demonstrate the ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment, while ensuring that operational initiatives are met. **Core Responsibilities:** To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + Reads and understands simple layout and assembly drawings + Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures + Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, pvc thermal welding and thread taping + Assembles and/or tests mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination + May assemble minor variations of in-house standard products + Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence + Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality + Successfully completes all site-specific training regarding safety and quality + Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP) + Completes required documentation related to production + Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities + Maintains equipment and area in clean safe condition **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience **What We can Offer You:** Our Total Rewards Program goes far beyond base compensation by providing a more fulfilling work experience and offering a competitive benefits program, including: + Generous PTO package and paid holidays + Generous retirement savings plan + Customizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date) + Career progression plans + Reward and recognition programs + Paid parental leave + Tuition Reimbursement + Company Wellness Program + Employee Discount Program The estimated pay range for this position is $20/hr. to $22/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
