From reading blueprints to building and testing assemblies, your hands-on work directly supports mission-critical components used in civilian and military aircraft. This is more than just a job—it’s a launchpad into the heart of the aerospace industry. **What You'll Be Doing** + Assemble intricate components using wire lists, schematics, and verbal instructions + Use hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, screwdrivers, crimpers, and wrenches + Identify and select correct components for sub-assembly and full system assembly + Perform alignments, adjustments, and setups to maintain quality tolerances + Disassemble, modify, and reassemble units as needed + Support team productivity and may assist in guiding junior assemblers **Qualifications You’ll Need** + High school diploma or GED + Minimum **1 year of hands-on assembly experience** , preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment + Ability to read blueprints, interpret wire lists, and follow detailed instructions + Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail + Willingness to work onsite and commit to a set shift **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
