Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for working at a bench to cut vinyl material and assemble guards and other sub-components. This involves measuring with a ruler, cutting with scissors or knives, and using a small heat press machine to bond fabric. Additionally, you will perform mechanical assembly using hinges and brackets to connect guards with screwdrivers and allen wrenches.

Work Environment

You will work in a small team of approximately 20 people, within a startup environment. The manufacturing team consists of about 5 individuals. The company is currently transitioning to a new location that will more than double their current space. While the work environment may seem cluttered or disorganized during this transition, employees are enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of the company. Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, including a paid lunch from 11:00 to 11:30. The schedule is flexible regarding breaks for drinks or restroom use, and there may be flexibility in start and end times after training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
