**Electro-Mechanical Assembler** 📍 _Location: Waterbury, CT_ 🕒 _Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_ 💵 _Pay: $17/hour_ We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Electro-Mechanical Assembler** to join our team in Waterbury, CT. In this role, you’ll help build and put together mechanical and electronic parts that go into important products used by our customers. If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team, this could be a great fit for you! **What You’ll Do:** + Put together parts and products by following instructions, drawings, and blueprints + Use hand tools to build, adjust, or repair parts as needed + Make sure all products meet quality standards before and after assembly + Move and organize parts and materials as needed for your work + Keep your work area clean and safe + Work in other areas of assembly when needed + Report any issues or defective parts right away **What We’re Looking For:** + High School Diploma or GED + 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly (or similar hands-on work) + Comfortable using basic tools and reading blueprints + Good hand coordination and able to work with small parts + Able to lift 10–50 lbs. as needed + Can stand or sit for long periods of time + Willing to learn and work as part of a team If you’re dependable, hands-on, and ready to learn, we’d love to meet you.
