U.S Citizenship Required. Pay Rate: $20/hr. 2nd Shift Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am Monday-Friday We are seeking a skilled, experience Assembler to join our team in a maritime manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble machines and equipment using tools, drawings, and standard procedures. You will work with a team to build and inspect high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: + Follow safety rules at all times + Assemble parts, machines, and equipment based on drawings and instructions + Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices + Perform quality checks during and after assembly + Safely use cranes and rigging equipment + Prepare products for shipping + Handle basic hydraulic systems and shaft alignments + Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members + Perform other duties as needed Qualifications: + At least 1 year of prior experience as an Assembler; preferably in a manufacturing or production environment + Ability to read blueprints and use basic math and measuring tools + Comfortable working on elevated equipment and surfaces + Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. + Able to stand, bend, and crouch for extended periods
