Assembler
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler will be responsible for the assembly or sub-assembly of electronic and electromechanical parts and components. Expected Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the assembly or sub-assembly of electronic and electromechanical parts and components. + Examines drawing and work orders to determine work duties. + Follows techniques used in the process of wiring, installation, soldering or cable harnessing. + Utilizes appropriate machines and tools to install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses. + Performs welding operations, and processing parts with weak acidic solutions. + Performs minor repairs to damaged or rejected products. + Examines and tests assembly at various stages of production to identify errors. Discards or corrects assembly when appropriate. + Maintains record of assembly process, progress, and problems. + Performs any other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + Must possess a collaborative team-oriented mindset and personality with a hands-on can-do attitude. + General knowledge of assembly processes and procedures. + General time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills. + Ability to keep workspace clean and adhere to all safety rules and company policies. + Ability to use PCs and various software applications. + Proficient in use of assembly equipment and tools. **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
