PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Assemblers to support production operations at our client’s industry-leading manufacturing facility in Shrewsbury, MA. As an Assembler, you will be part of a high-performing team that builds and tests precision-engineered valve systems used in critical applications across multiple industries. Your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and reliability of essential equipment worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble and test both standard and specialty valves to exacting specifications

Carefully read and interpret Manufacturing Orders and related documentation

Follow written procedures and quality standards to ensure product accuracy

Record all measurements, test results, and outcomes on Production and Test Records

Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols

Lift and handle materials and parts weighing up to 40 lbs

What You Bring:

Required:

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and technical documents

Commitment to safety and product quality

Capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment

Preferred:

Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing roles

Familiarity with valve systems or mechanical testing procedures

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
