This Position reports to:

Production Supervisor

 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.

You will be mainly accountable for:According to the company's production tasks, complete the production of products according to quality and quantity;Report problems and suggestions discovered during the production process in a timely manner;Implement the work arrangements of superiors;Must hold a welding operation certificate;

Qualifications for the role High school or vocational school diploma or above, with experience in embedded wire work in the motor industry preferred;Diligent in learning, hardworking, meticulous in work, and conscientiously obeying work arrangements;Having good learning abilityAdapt to morning shift and middle shift (morning shift 7:0015:30, middle shift 15:0023:30)Welding work experience and electrician certification are preferred
