Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our 3rd shift production team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, able to interpret technical drawings, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately assemble and wire components per blueprints, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications
Use hand and power tools to measure, drill, tap, ream, countersink, and fit components for assembly
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics for proper wiring and part placement
Perform fabrication work including cutting, adjusting, and mounting components
Clean, lubricate, and prepare mechanical parts and subassemblies
Attach nameplates and label/mark components for identification
Disassemble units as needed for repair or shipping preparation
Rotate through multiple stations during the shift; flexibility is essential
Communicate defects or issues to management promptly
Meet daily production and quality standards
Follow all safety, UL compliance, and company policies
Maintain and service manufacturing equipment when necessary
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
Mechanically inclined with solid understanding of tools and fabrication techniques
Proficient in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs without assistance
Skilled in using hand and power tools (saws, drills, grinders, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
