We pride ourselves on growing our human potential and encouraging career growth within our facilities. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Load and unload valves into assembly fixtures. Transport valves to workstations. + Maintain minimum production levels. Notify supervisor of shortages of assembly supplies. + Comprehend and execute instructions from engineering blueprints, routings, work instructions, and Engineering Test Orders. + Use assembly/torque tools. May analyze defective valves and repair them to conforming specifications. + Retrieve replacement parts from stockroom.  Install and remove bubble test fittings. Complete accompanying paperwork for assembly operations. **What We're Looking For** + High School education or GED equivalency. You must have basic math skills and read and write legibly. + Must be able to work standing for extended periods. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively. You must have good motor skills. + Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes. Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques. + Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone) + Customer Service mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure are necessary traits. **Ready to Make a Difference?** If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
