Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler on the 2nd shift, responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices, primarily in a clean room environment. This role involves the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, and the operation of various equipment and machinery to produce medical devices.
ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery to produce medical devices according to specifications.Follow manufacturing instructions and accurately update job documentation for traceability.Prepare products for packing and sterilization.Inspect products using a microscope.Ensure all activities comply with GMPs.Set up coating machines and perform coating, inspection, and folding of balloon catheters.Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations, and test these formulations.Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.Identify supplies that need replenishment and build components needed for top-level work orders.Complete cleaning activities as required.Essential SkillsProficiency in English (medium level)Willingness to work overtimeComfortable working with chemicals1+ year of experience in medical device manufacturingExperience with or openness to using a microscopeFamiliarity with cleanroom/gowning and de-gowning processesAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent educationPreferred experience in the pharmaceutical or aseptic formulation industriesWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment. The role requires standing throughout the shift and includes two 30-minute breaks—one on the clock and one off the clock. Be prepared for a dynamic work schedule including the possibility of overtime and weekend shifts due to high demand.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
