IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Perform a high level of assembly duties which include the assembly, testing and packaging of all products within the Aiken Assembly departments. This could include actuators, kits and sub-assemblies per assembly procedures and/or operation sheets, drawings, packaging capsule sheets, and bills-of-material, and building crates.WHO YOU ARE:
You will relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography. You will separate and combine work activities into efficient work flow, and you will readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to make sound decisions in determining proper sequence of operations and/or destination of incoming items based on the needs of the business in various product families. Required to pass a skills assessment Possess 2 to 4 years of production experience in various product families. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
