Assembler - 1st shift

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:  

Follow work instructions to build circuit board-based products. Perform operations including but not limited to: Soldering or Machining Use basic hand tools and battery-operated screw drivers and drills Mechanically assemble a range of various controls, tools, and probes Glue probes and assemblies Accurately label manufactured products Track and document serial number accuracy Measure and cut wires Complete work order forms Assist with testing and verifying finished items that meet standards. Performs vital housekeeping duties to maintain clean work environment.  Must meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements.   Must perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by Company, federal, state, and local provisions. Other duties as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need:

High School diploma or equivalent experience required. 6 months’ experience soldering, building, or machining in a manufacturing or similar setting. Must possess strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Able to complete daily tasks with utmost attention to detail.  Must be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
