What You’ll Do
As an Assembler, you'll play a hands-on role in building Commercial HVAC components with precision and care. You’ll:

Assemble HVAC units using brazing and sheet metal techniques

Read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions

Work with hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment

Conduct product measurements and make adjustments as needed

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards

Collaborate closely with your team to meet production goals and timelines

What You’ll Need

3–5 years of relevant experience—background as a Commercial HVAC installer is a strong fit

Proven skills in brazing and sheet metal work

Ability to read and follow technical blueprints and instructions

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools in a manufacturing environment

Willingness to work full-time onsite in Tampa
