Job Title: Facilities ASRS Worker – Level II

Department: Facilities
Schedule: 24/7 PM, Friday–Sunday (8:00 pm - 8:00 am)
Location: ASRS/Warehouse

Position Summary:

The Facilities ASRS Worker Level II is responsible for performing a wide range of technical, mechanical, and facility-related tasks to support the operation and maintenance of PCI’s ASRS and warehouse systems. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with facility systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform medium-level repairs in painting, spackling, plumbing, carpentry, and furniture assembly/installation.Conduct preventive maintenance on air handlers and ASRS equipment.Troubleshoot and repair Facilities Equipment including:ASRS Crane systemsConveyor systemsTrash compactors and balersAir handlers, chillers, boilers, dehumidifiers, humidifiersElectrical power systemsSupport and lead repair projects from start to completion.Identify and implement improvement opportunities across facilities.Use PCI’s ordering system to identify and procure necessary parts.Work directly with vendors for troubleshooting equipment and repairs.Understand and operate Honeywell Station modules (HVAC, Fire, Utilities) at Supervisor Security Level.Perform basic to advanced electrical troubleshooting.Conduct rigging and relocation of heavy equipment.Support and train Facilities Worker Level 1 team members.Maintain familiarity with all PCI buildings and grounds.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Recognized technical and mechanical education/training.Official forklift training/permit.Basic locksmithing skills, including key making.Welding training and ability.Strong understanding of:HVAC, chilled/hot water, compressed air, and clean air systemsElectrical power systems supporting facility equipmentAbility to troubleshoot systems to the major component level.Experience with ASRS systems and preventive maintenance.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
