We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Asphalt Supervisor to join our team based in Gillman, SA. Experience in the Roads Industry, particularly with asphalt, will be highly regarded. If you are already a leading hand / foreperson this role may be for you!

What you’ll bring

Exposure in civil road construction, road maintenance and surfacing industrySuccessful track record with planning, organising and time managementProven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions which will impact the business  Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforceDemonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholdersGood understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road IndustryLead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with operational teams
