How We Work?
Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Mobile Marketing team. This part-time role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in app store optimization and user communication.
Objectives:
1. App Store Optimization (ASO)
Conduct A/B tests to optimize app visibility and performance
Analyze data, track trends, and generate insights to drive organic user growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing goals
Stay current with mobile industry trends and best practices
2. User Review Management
Engage with users via Google Play and Apple App Store by responding to reviews — with a focus on relevant and negative feedback
Gather user feedback and provide weekly reports highlighting recurring themes and critical insights
Maintain regular communication with customer support and product teams to stay aligned with product roadmaps and updates
Competencies:
Fluent English, with excellent written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Developers, Product Managers, Designers)
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in taking ownership of tasks
Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
