YOUR FUTURE ROLE   

 
As an Ask Services Level 1 Triage & Dispatching (L1 T&D) team member, the work you do will ensure SAP’s Sales and other customer facing Roles have the information they need to help SAP customers and partners around the world.

 

After learning the basics about SAP, its business strategy, solutions and service offerings, you will be taught Ask Services Support Operations. This means you will learn SAP Solutions & Services, Sales Process and the Customer Value Journey and finally you will learn the Ask Services tools, systems and processes.

 

Once have learnt the basics, you will use the Ask Services platform, run the processes and procedures to triage all incoming requests and provide answers to all level 1 questions. You then can potentially also dispatch all level 2 and level 3 questions to the appropriate Single Points of Contact (SPOC) or Subject Matter Experts (SME) for each Region and Line of Business/Solution Area/Portfolio Area.

 

You will also support the business operations tasks as well; those related to the “Ask Services Digital Assistant” application. This is a GenAI chatbot specifically built to automate the L1 T&D tasks, streamline field support by as supporting immediate answers to questions. Your role would be to become responsible of the quality of the solution, by supporting the tests and maintenance lifecycle.

 

YOUR PROFILE

   

Educational Background: Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business Management/Business Analytics, Engineering, IT or a related field. Professional Experience: Previous internship or related work experience Experience working in the international market and within the software industry Experience in program planning and project management Experience and ability to understand and manage complex business/IT requirements Additional Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and ability to work independently Strong technical ability to automate reports and processes Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage conflicting priorities, and complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently General understanding of sales and support systems as well as relevant processes and practices A proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and a keen attention to detail Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency Fluent in written and spoken English language
