Colaborar en el proceso de certificación de personal hourly y salaried. Manejo y administración del métrico de Ausentismo y Rotación Ambos Roles : Apegarse a los procedimientos y controles de Recursos Humanos Dar soporte al personal en los servicios generales (Recepción de Memos de Permiso sin goce de salario y Vacaciones, Transporte, Comedor, Casilleros, cartas de trabajo, gafetes etc.) Colaborar en la coordinación de eventos en la organización.
