**Job Description**
Proporcionar el soporte administrativo y de servicio al personal de Tienda y Campo para garantizar una correcta ejecución de los procesos.
**Responsibilities**
+ Proporcionar soporte en los diferentes procesos de Recursos Humanos a los autozoners de tienda y campo de cada una de las regiones para garantizar una eficiente ejecución.
+ Realizar el proceso de altas y bajas en Sistema de personal en tiendas y campo garantizando que se cumpla con toda la informacion necesaria de acuerdo al proceso establecido.
+ Reunir y administrar toda la información de los empleados de las tiendas a nivel nacional, asi como la actualización de dicha información.
+ Asegurar la dotación de uniformes a los autozoners de nuevo ingreso, cambios de puesto y reposiciones periódicas; así mismo tarjetas de vales, tarjetas de descuentos, Kit de Bienvenida, pines de servicio, cartas de aniversario, diplomas de reconocimiento, carta liberación practicantes etc.
+ Administrar el proceso de practicantes en Tiendas (Alta, Pago y Baja)
+ Administrar el proceso de reubicación de personal (Bono de reubicación, gestión de mudanza); Administrar el control y pago del programa de Bono de Referidos para personal de tiendas y campo; Proporcionar seguimiento liquidaciones de Fondo de Ahorro, Avisos de retención/ suspensión Infonavit.
**Qualifications**
+ Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Lic. Administración, Lic. Psicología, Lic. Comunicación, Carreras afines.
+ Years of Experience: One to two years.
+ Type of Experience: Administración de RH
+ Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Excel Intermedio
