Role & Responsibility Strategic and tactical planning to drive initiatives for in period and long-term objectivesBuild and maintain effective BMS materials to deliver the sales targetsManage sales coverage alignment, territory management, and account move processesProvide business insights through analysis to drive strategic initiativesRun sales cadences with leadership and drive accurate weekly and quarterly outlookMonthly financial interlock with regions/Finance/Business Units, build aggressive but realistic roadmap and drive execution for both top and bottom lineReview business case investments/financials to drive strategic growthWork with Business Units/Alliance partners to design focus product campaignsPresent to AP/WW leadership on geography business outlook

Job Requirement
Minimum 10 years Operations/Financial experience providing analytical reporting and demonstrated business insights. Strong background in developing / optimizing business management systems, processes and tools. Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups. Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives. Superior communication skills – oral, written and presentation skills with management and peers. Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously. Analytical, critical thinker capable of collecting data from multiple sources and producing clear/ concise reports to drive focus and actions from extended teams Additional Locations: * Hong Kong * Hong Kong
