The Global Industry Sales Team covers the commercial industries, including Manufacturing & Mobillity (M&M), at Microsoft. The M&M Asia RBL (Regional Business Leader) helps drive the GTM for the M&M team in Asia. Through a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing and mobility industries and the markets they are operating in they build deep C-Suite relationships to accelerate cloud growth and unlock the next phase of digital transformation for our customers.
**Role Description:**
The M&M Asia RBL is a key connection between global industry strategy and local execution. They directly lead a team of M&M IA’s as they pursue opportunities within M&M customers. They coach and partner with local Area Industry Leads and sales leaders on C-Suite engagements to deepen relationships and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**
**C-Suite Engagement:** Inspire customers to digitally transform with the Microsoft platform. Engage with C-Suite executives and be embedded in critical market making opportunities to accelerate M&M progress & potential in Asia.

**Sales Leadership:** Manage high performing sales team top exceed targets and coach across organizational boundaries enabling innovative digital transformation and business value. Monitor and analyze team sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provides accurate and timely reporting to M&M leadership allowing for holistic global management of the M&M business.
**Industry Leadership** : Actively represent the company’s view point in key regional Industry events and executive sponsorship of key strategic accounts. Review regional strategic plans from an industry point of view. Aggregate regional insights on M&M business, amplify best practice sharing, and deepen industry capability talent in each area. Drive scale of industry sales plays by educating and landing industry strategy scenarios, solutions and sales plays with regional industry sales community, regional field leaders, and partners. Demonstrate partner advocacy and sponsorship to drive scale and share through co–selling. Coach regional senior executives in industry-specific challenges to convey industry vertical strategy and expand our customer relevance

**Qualifications**
+ Deep manufacturing industry knowledge (solution, technology and applicability to business outcomes)
+ Industry specific sales related experience- 10+ years of experience
+ Balance of Sales and Industry Expertise (40/60%)
+ Deep customer knowledge/sponsorship/relevance/value with CXO engagement experience
+ Proven ability to operate at scale
+ Fluency in managing through a matrix organization and lead through influence versus direct reporting
+ Strategic Planning and Systems Thinking (resources, talent, opportunities)
+ Built diverse healthy teams, cultural awareness
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 15+ years of related experience, including:
+ Deep industry knowledgeof the M&MIndustries at Microsoft use cases, solutions, technology and applicability to business outcomes.
+ Balance of Sales and M&M Industry Expertise with proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
+ Deep customer knowledge/sponsorship/relevance/value with CXO engagement experience
+ Proven ability to operate at scale
+ Fluency in managing through a matrix organization and lead through influence versus direct reporting
+ Strategic Planning and Systems Thinking (resources, talent, opportunities)
+ Built diverse healthy teams, cultural awareness
