Job DescriptionWork Modality: Hybrid

This position requires the employee to be on site three times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at our offices in Bogotá, Colombia.

What you will do (Responsibilities):Work with service procedures, labor times, part numbers, descriptions, and quantities for repairs.Monitor part availability to determine the launch timing of field actions.Manage access to software tools and support dealership networks in identifying diagnostic issues.Maintain technical communication with colleagues across different countries.Hold yourself and others accountable for demonstrating GM’s values and cultural behaviors.Perform other related duties as assigned.Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.Fluent English speaking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.Valid driver’s license.Availability to travel.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):Experience working with automotive service procedures and diagnostic tools.Familiarity with dealership operations and technical support.Ability to work in multicultural environments and collaborate across regions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
