Aseptic Manufacturing Professional - Wash/Cleaning

Your new role

The position is an Aseptic Manufacturing Professional – Wash/Cleaning. 

 

You will be a key driver in ensuring that our production meets our standards and needs. The responsibility includes Project work, Systematic Problem Solving, handling deviations and im-plementing preventive initiatives and change requests. We work collaboratively with multiple teams and departments. 

 

You will be part of our skilled support team consisting of academics, technicians and operators, who support the daily production in relation to wash/cleaning processes. In general, you work closely with various professional groups in a fast-paced production environment to ensure quick and stable delivery of products to the next level in the value chain, while maintaining a high level of quality.  

 

More specifically, your main tasks will be to:

 

•    Participate in new strategic projects, validation of washing processes (OR/ER), write and update Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), support continuous optimization of processes related to the team and participate in regulatory inspections and internal audits.
•    Handle and document deviations and communicate knowledge and learnings to col-leagues in the team as well as in the production while have an ongoing and engaged dialogue with your colleagues across production about how to ensure quality, improve our working methos, and avoid mistakes. 
•    Provide daily proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence 
•    Review and approval of procedures, instruction, deviation reports, production, devel-opment, support and validation documentation
•    Approach challenges in production by taking initiative and involve relevant colleagues to ensure that problems are solved quickly and efficiently 

 

There will be great variety in the tasks. Further, some days requires quick actions to be taken, whereas other days have room for dedication and exploration of new ideas.

 

Your new department

You will be joining our highly motivated department, consisting of committed academics, technicians and operators. Our team is part of the Aseptic Manufacturing in site Gentofte. We are approximately 200 colleagues who take responsibility for supporting aseptic production on the site including sterilisation processes. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality GMP compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.

 

Your skills & qualifications

You’ll bring with you, ideally:

 

A master’s degree in natural science, engineering or similar.  5 years or more experience with pharmaceutical production in a GMP-regulated environment is a requirement. Excellent communication skills at different levels, and the capacity to work ex-tremely will in collaboration with other across professional groups.  Professional proficiency in Danish and English. 

 

On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic environment where work tasks vary from docu-mentation and data processing in front of the computer to fast-paced problem solving with operators at shopfloor. You have a strong quality mindset, and is a proven self-starter with drive, energy and ability to manage and prioritize multiple challenging tasks.

 

As a person, you are self-driven, engaged and helpful. You keep calm and contribute to a posi-tive atmosphere and culture in the workplace, where tasks and plans can change quickly in the context of an unpredictable production environment. Being able to respect tradition but not be afraid to challenge existing procedures and be innovative is crucial in this role.
