As an Associate in the ASEAN Payments Business Management team, you will support the ASEAN Payments Business within the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB). You will drive strategic initiatives, manage financial goals, and collaborate across functions to deliver business results. Your work will help ensure accurate analytics, financial reporting, and risk management, contributing to the success of our payments business.

Job responsibilities

Support Payments Business Heads of ASEAN in driving strategic initiatives and financial goalsProduce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings, business reviews, and senior management forumsPartner across functions to support local regulatory requirementsCollaborate with Planning & Analysis team for timely and accurate business analytics, financials, and forecastsPerform gap and variance analysis on key revenue drivers; identify revenue improvement opportunitiesPartner with business managers from other Lines of Business to leverage synergies and drive business agendaProject manages existing and new business or finance initiatives at regional or global levelPartner closely with functional groups to support risk and control agendaProvide proactive and tactical support to the wider Payments Management Team as required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business management, or finance in the financial services industryStrong knowledge of Liquidity, Cash Management, and Trade Finance, including product offering and revenue driversExperience managing senior stakeholdersExperience creating business reviews and senior presentation materialExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent presentation skills; ability to translate complex data for managementStrong analytical, project management, and organizational skillsStrong team player with high work ethics
