Description A regional law firm with a well-established litigation practice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join its Asbestos Litigation Group. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes matters in a supportive and collaborative environment. Requirements Responsibilities: Manage asbestos litigation defense cases from inception through resolution. Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and pre-trial motions in complex toxic tort matters. Collaborate with expert witnesses to develop evidence and strengthen case strategies. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed. Maintain organized and detailed case documentation in litigation databases. Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing counsel. Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of asbestos exposure and related diseases. Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel. Proven organizational skills and case management abilities. Admission to the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bars required.
