Job description

Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider 8 years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Mandatory Skillsets:

• 8+ years of extensive experience with AS/400 technology, including strong proficiency in RPGLE and CLLE.

• 3+ years of experience specifically within the Retail domain, demonstrating a deep understanding of retail business processes and systems.

• AS/400 (RPGLE, CLLE)

• Retail Domain Expertise

• Team Leadership

• Excellent Written and Oral Communication

• Proactive and Independent Work Ethic

• Experience working as Lead and driving teams of 5-10 members across time zones

• Experience with Support and Development processes

• Ability to provide estimates and work with customers on new requirements

Good to have

• Island Pacific (IP) Package experience

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Exposure to modern integration patterns with AS/400

Other Relevant Experience

• Experience in software development life cycle including agile. Participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Experience in Retail Domain
