Job Title: Artwork and Marketing Project Manager
Location: Culver City, CA
Work schedule: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm
Compensation: $35.00- $45.00
Type: Contract
Requirements BS Degree required 1 -3 years of Project management experience Ability to understand artwork routing requirements, Understanding of a CPG structure and cross functional ways of working Past salon or beauty experience would be preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Artwork Approve artwork (label changes/no new creative) Project manage with internal resource GBS to meet NPI timelines Approve swatch benchmarks to align with brand standards in partnership with internal testing resources Approve on pack swatches and color ways to align with brand standards Ensure global compliance of all artwork 2. Marketing Create swatches for marketing and educational purposes Make sure claims tables are up to date if required 3. Project Management IDH/Hint projects Create project volume estimate to be presented at gate meetings Make sure volumes are meeting MOQ standards/ review forecast accuracy Prepare CAM & GO meetings Attend NPI meetings New Item Set Up where necessary Ensure sales is aware for inventory management
