**Role Summary** We are looking for a skilled **Machine Learning Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and deploying AI, ML, DL and GenAI solutions. You will work on a variety of projects supporting our business, including GenAI, natural language processing, recommendation systems, and more. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions + Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. + Support business users to adopt GenAI based solutions in their daily workflow + Troubleshoot and debug issues across all projects to ensure smooth and efficient operation + Collaborate with global team members to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions **Required Skills and Qualifications** + 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Azure Open AI resource knowledge is a must. + Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R or similar languages and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., pandas, matplotlib, seaborn). + Familiarity with SQL and database management. + Strong analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex code and application issues. + Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong knowledge of GenAI, machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling. + Knowledge of version control systems like Git. + Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
