Responsibilities: * Develop AI models, algorithms and applications to solve specific problems * Research new AI technologies and prototype innovative AI applications * Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in AI projects * Safeguard AI solutions follow ethical guidelines and regulations * Preprocessing, analyzing, and cleaning large datasets for AI Models as needed * Document AI development processes and outcomes * Effectively communicate the function and purpose of AI systems to stakeholders, particularly for those who are less familiar with AI technology * Interact on a professional basis with internal and external staff in a personable manner * Communicate progress, or impediments to progress, to users and managers * Organize and maintain workload and work independently with limited supervision * Participate in, and contribute to, team projects and meetings
