We are seeking a **Artificial Intelligence** **Busi** **ness** **Inn** **o** **vat** **ion** **Lead** **-** **Senior Business Program Manager** to join the **Business Innovation and AI Transformation Capabilities team** within the **SME&C organization** . In this role, you will lead strategic programs that accelerate Microsoft’s AI transformation across our global digital sales force.
You will drive the design and delivery of agentic capabilities—such as copilots, Agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent recommendations—that empower sellers, enhance customer engagement, and fuel revenue growth. **Responsibilities**
**Program Leadership & AI Transformation**
+ Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI and digital programs—from concept through execution—in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Field).
+ Drive enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives, including the integration of agentic capabilities into business processes.
+ Translate business needs into scalable, intelligent solutions leveraging Microsoft’s AI and cloud platforms (e.g., Copilot, Agents, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure), with a growth mindset toward emerging technologies like Generative AI (Llama, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.).
**Product & Design Thinking**
+ Apply product thinking to define user needs, shape MVPs, and iterate based on feedback and data.
+ Use human-centered design principles to develop intuitive, impactful solutions that improve seller and customer experiences.
**Execution & Operational Excellence**
+ Define success metrics, build dashboards, and use data to inform decision-making, continuous improvement, and executive reporting.
+ Support digital programs using Agile and product-centric delivery models, with a focus on iteration, feedback loops, and delivery at scale.
+ Establish governance frameworks, manage risk, and ensure compliance across global, cross-functional initiatives.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Influence**
+ Partner with stakeholders to surface critical business challenges and translate them into actionable, outcome-driven solutions.
+ Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder readiness, training, and adoption planning.
+ Build executive-level partnerships through clear communication, storytelling, and cross-functional influence—distilling complexity and aligning diverse stakeholders.
+ Drive seller productivity, customer and partner engagement, and sales enablement through technology and process innovation.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years experience leading cross-functional programs from concept to execution, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions using AI or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Agents, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure).
+ 4+ years experience supporting or delivering AI-driven solutions, including copilots, intelligent automation, or predictive insights, in a business or sales operations context.
+ 4+ years experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Six Sigma) and product-centric delivery models focused on rapid iteration and user feedback.
+ 4+ years experience in analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
