We are seeking a Artificial Intelligence Business Innovation Lead - Senior Business Program Manager to join the Business Innovation and AI Transformation Capabilities team within the SME&C organization. In this role, you will lead strategic programs that accelerate Microsoft’s AI transformation across our global digital sales force.

You will drive the design and delivery of agentic capabilities—such as copilots, Agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent recommendations—that empower sellers, enhance customer engagement, and fuel revenue growth. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and operational execution.
