**The Opportunity:**
**We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Service Line Specialist to join the Cognizant AI&A Practice to drive additional revenue growth specific to the AI&A solutions.**
**Job Summary:**
**As a** **n Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Service Line Specialist** **, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging domain expertise in sales service and marketing. This position requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 14 years of experience who will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. The role does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration while contributing significantly to the company´s objectives.**
**Key Responsabilities:**
+ Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance service line performance and achieve business objectives.
+ Oversee the integration of sales and marketing strategies to ensure cohesive operations and maximize customer satisfaction.
+ Provide expert guidance on domain-specific challenges and opportunities ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations and contribute to long-term partnerships.
+ Monitor and report on service line performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
+ Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
+ Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the organization to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
+ Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to enhance service line visibility and reputation.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
