The Art Supervisor is responsible for leading the creative work that is produced on of Digitas Health’s longest accounts. **Reporting Structure:** Reports to: Associate Creative Director **Responsibilities** + Partner with Scientific Directors to create dynamic, persuasive, and highly credible medical communications + Build immersive, engaging presentations and live experiences + Take on appropriate projects and own them, start to finish + Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects + Participate in client meetings and presentations + Attend market research and advisory boards as appropriate + Delegate to and supervise the work of staff and freelance designers/copywriters assigned to the brand + Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the creative team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billable + Work closely with scientific, account, PM, studio, and editorial to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met + Provide written and face-to-face feedback for annual performance reviews, as well as ongoing feedback throughout the year (written when requested) + Interview prospective art candidates + Demonstrate to internal and external customers that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs of the brand + Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriate **Qualifications** + 5-7 years Medical Communications or other Medical Marketing experience + BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts or Scientific related field preferred) + Proficiency in Macintosh hardware, CS6, Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation software (eg, Powerpoint, Keynote, Prezi) + A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing others, availability to travel and the commitment to go the extra mile in time and effort to produce the very best work **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
