Overview As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading visual content—such as look/feel, lockups, and storyboards—while partnering with a copywriter to develop cohesive, persuasive campaigns that effectively align with brand strategy and effectively communicate the intended message, engaging the target audience. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand creative concepts Lead the visual execution of advertising across print, digital, social, and broadcast media. Oversee and guide designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives to ensure high-quality output Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and clients Ensure all visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Stay current on design trends, advertising techniques, and industry best practices Provide feedback and mentorship to junior creatives within the team Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in art direction or design in an agency or creative environment Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and diverse high-quality design work across media Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clients Strong written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles Attention to detail, a love of craft. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines General awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
