You must be well-versed in working across all mediums. You're a conceptual thinker and storyteller who can visualize your ideas in new and inspiring ways. You have a sharp point of view on concept, design, product design and art direction. When you decide to make something, you see your vision through from concept to launch.
**Required Skills:**
Art Director Responsibilities:
1. Art direct, design and concept conceptual brand expressions across all mediums, including mobile, product, film, interactive, OOH, print, events, experiential etc
2. Understand how art direction, design and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
3. Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience
4. Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
5. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, engineers, insights, marketing, strategists and product managers
6. Work autonomously, with little direction, multitasking across multiple projects
7. Create original, breakthrough work
8. Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. 10+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
10. Demonstrated experience working on mobile-first social campaigns
11. Experience designing, art directing and articulating conceptual design decisions
12. Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality prototypes using creative software and other tools
13. History of self-initiated projects
14. Knowledge and interest in product design and project strategy
15. Detail-oriented design skills

16. 15+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
17. Extensive experience working on international campaigns across multiple markets
18. Knowledge of localisation of campaigns
19. Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
20. Award-winning work
21. Experience in pursuing and developing work using emerging technologies
22. Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
