They thrive in collaborative environments as part of their role in ideas development. Superior graphic design skills, managing complex tasks, and creative thinking are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of visual design, and improving the quality of deliverables. Collaborating closely with creative leads and executive teams, they will play an important role in driving business growth through powerful visuals and impactful messaging. Their craft will inspire and elevate the entire creative team. The Art Director supports a culture of creativity, innovation, and learning within the design and art direction team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills are essential, as is keeping abreast of design trends and technologies. **Responsibilities** **KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Interpreting briefs and requirements to deliver creative ideas and visuals aligned to a creative strategy, raising the bar on creativity using storytelling to drive action + Participate in all phases of creative work, from concept through production and final hand-off + Active participation in creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-off meetings + Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas + Be a team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders + Be able to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders + Being at the top of the trends to break the boundaries of conceptual and technical skills + Work closely with asset management team/ asset management of incoming and outgoing deliveries (master assets, open files, adapts, etc). + Ensure proper taxonomy for all the assets. **MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Deliver with high-quality and on-time any task assigned + Communicate diligently internally and externally + Use and train on the tools and processes assigned by the company + Keep up to date with training related to their field + Get involved with internal initiatives when required + Ongoing English improvement. + Share knowledge as part of their day-to-day work. + Internal and external stakeholder management. + Build strong relations with agency partners and global production teams. **Qualifications** **MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:** + Knows FIGMA + Strong retouching / Image composting skills. + Comfortable working across multiple projects, under tight deadlines, with many deliverables. + Strong time managements skills. + Proven working experience as Art Director + Management experience of a staff and mentoring junior creatives of at least 1 year + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously + Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop fresh and effective ideas + Must have a portfolio of professional projects that shows graphic design and conceptualization skills on 360 campaigns + Team player with strong communication and presentation skills + Detail-oriented + Guide, influence, and motivate others + Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices + Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lighroom, Firefly, Figma, Office Suite, Keynote
